When will i be billed for services?
Tickets are paid for prior to work commencing. During business hours diagnosis is free. After diagnosis your technician will generate a tax invoice for you to pay prior to commencing work.
What if Rapid IT Support can’t resolve my issue?
In the rare case we cannot resolve your issue, we will refund the cost of your ticket. Please note if we have provided a single solution for one your issues, you are not eligible for a refund.
How long do solutions usually take to complete?
Most issues are resolved within an hour. In the rare circumstance to we require more time, you will be notified before proceeding for the second hour.
How long will i have to wait before i am served?
Times will vary depending on the size of the queue and your priority in the queue. Generally tickets are responded to within 2 hours and resolved within an hour after.
